Family Chocolate Workshop for 4

Chocolate Making Experience Days: Bring the family along to this interactive chocolate making workshop for 4 taught by an expert chocolatier, with locations in Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds! You’ll be taught how to make chocolate truffles from scratch, and end with an edible work of art to eat and enjoy together. 

Your experience begins when you arrive at the venue and are greeted by your expert chocolatier for the day. Don your apron and head to your work station to begin your 90 minute workshop! Your chocolatier will start the class with a brief introduction to and history of chocolate, and you’ll learn to create delectable truffles using Belgian dark chocolate. You'll have the option to coat your truffles in cocoa, coconut, or just leave them plain for a classic flavour. Fill them with cream (plant based can be used instead) amongst other fillings, before beginning the decoration and trying your hand at other methods of creation, including: mixing, sculpting, rolling, cutting and dipping. Your chocolate making session will then conclude after hand-wrapping your handmade goodies and taking them home to devour. You'll have about 15-30 truffles each to enjoy - the only question is, how long will they last...?
